Our  registered office is in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir  where we started our business in the year 1974 and are a very well known and established group, in the field of  Electrical and Civil turnkey projects. In 1990 because of the disturbances in the valley we had to shift to Delhi from where we are now controlling the whole operation of our group.

The company is headed by it’s founder Mr M.K.Bhan, an engineer by qualification, entrepreneur by spirit and a very well known figure in the electrical industry, followed by the next generation all technically qualified and fully geared up for the business ahead.

We at MBP Construction Pvt Ltd., (formely Usha Electricals(India)) are committed to execute all our projects giving state of the art service consistently and constantly innovating the process of execution of projects to the utmost satisfaction of our customers.

We are registered with the department of Military Engineering Services. It is quite relevant to mention that in a short span of nine years since 1998 to 2005 we have been upgraded from Class ‘D’ having a tendering limit of just Rs 15 lakhs to class ‘A’ having a tendering limit of Rs 300 lakhs by the department of MES.  We have executed projects for Central Public Works Department, Airport Authority of India, Department of Telecom Engineering Department and MES.

Our sister concern M/s Bhan Construction Company undertakes construction & electric/mechanical services for private factories, various Cooperative Group Housing Societies , Builders & township developers etc.  Our other sister concern M/s New Hind Traders is in the trading industry for the past thirty years and have been sole distributors for M/s SIEMENS Ltd. in J&K for eleven years.
